As we all re-adjust to Stage 4 restrictions including wearing masks out of our homes and the 5km limit, many of our stores remain committed to providing the things you need.

 

In addition to our essential stores remaining open, and number of retailers have approval from the Victorian Government to operate and offer click and collect, takeaway or delivery services, and we’re working with them to ensure this is done in a COVID safe manner.

 

The safety and well-being of our customers, retailers, team and community continues to be our top priority. We’re taking extra precautions to ensure our centre is clean and hygienic every time you visit, including more frequent cleaning, monitoring face mask wearing, encouraging healthy physical distancing and good hygiene. DO I NEED TO WEAR A MASK WHEN I VISIT?

In line with Government direction, you are required to wear a face mask during your visit to our centre.

Help our community stop the spread of COVID-19 by keeping a healthy 1.5 metre distance from fellow customers and retail team members during your visit.

And remember, if you have any COVID-19 symptoms, please do not enter the centre.

WHAT ARE YOU DOING TO KEEP THE CENTRE CLEAN AND HYGIENIC?

The safety and wellbeing of our customers, retailers, team and the community is always our top priority, which is why we’re taking extra precautions to ensure our centres are clean and hygienic, including more thorough cleaning to high traffic and high touch areas.

We’re also asking everyone who visits us to practice healthy physical distancing and good hygiene.

WHAT SPECIFIC HYGIENE PRACTICES ARE IN PLACE?

In addition to our standard practices, we’ve introduced the following precautionary measures to ensure you can visit us with confidence:

  • Increased cleaning schedules of high traffic areas, high contact surface points, including amenities, parents’ rooms, handles and rails
  • The introduction of hand sanitisers in convenient locations including entrances and exits
  • We’re encouraging physical distancing (1.5 metres) so please keep a healthy distance from one another while you’re visiting our centre. Please follow window signage and floor decals around the centre including ones provided to retailers to assist with communicating distancing measures
  • We’re actively communicating and promoting the practice of good hygiene
  • We’ve deferred all centre events and activities for now
  • We are taking additional precautionary measures and continuing to monitor government advice and announcements.
  • Closure of playgrounds
  • Where available, use our traffic counters and/or digital heat mapping to identify busy zones to help us to actively manage these areas before reaching customer density thresholds
  • Automated alerts on occupancy, to actively monitor how many customers are in the centre at any time
  • Additional team members in-centre during peak periods, offering sanitiser and reminding customers of distancing guidelines
  • Automated, regular public announcements centre-wide, communicating distancing expectations
  • Security officers, in high visibility vests, are monitoring our centres, together with supporting local police to enforce social distancing requirements as appropriate
  • Zero tolerance on anti-social or disrespectful behaviour

These are preventative measures that each of us can take to help keep our community safe.

HOW ARE YOU ENCOURAGING CUSTOMERS TO PRACTICE HEALTHY PHYSICAL DISTANCING DURING THEIR VISIT?

We’ve introduced distancing measures based on government recommendations, to ensure the wellbeing of everyone who visits and works at our centre, and we’re asking everyone in our centres to practice good hygiene.

To help minimise close contact, we’re asking everyone to follow the floor navigations throughout our centre, maintain a 1.5 metre distance from others, and where a mask at all times.

  • Physical and digital signage is in place to remind customers to keep a safe distance apart
  • Window signage and floor decals have been provided to retailers to assist with communicating distancing measures
  • Floor decals and physical distancing reference points are visible in key areas
  • Where available, use our traffic counters and/or digital heat mapping to identify busy zones to help us to actively manage these areas before reaching customer density thresholds
  • Automated alerts on occupancy, to actively monitor how many customers are in the centre at any time
  • Additional team members in-centre during peak periods, offering sanitiser and reminding customers of distancing guidelines

HOW DO I STAY UP TO DATE WITH CENTRE INFORMATION?

We will endeavour to update our store listings on this website with amended trading hours, and any store closures, in a timely manner so you can stay informed.

We will continue to keep you updated on a regular basis about how we are responding to Coronavirus through our social channels, email and website.

DOES YOUR AIR CONDITIONING SPREAD THE VIRUS?

We understand continuing community concerns about the spread of Coronavirus and are conscious of the spread of rumours and misinformation which is not helpful during these times of uncertainty.
